We are an approved DaimlerChrysler and Johnson Controls Supplier and members in good standing with the Society of Government Travel Professionals (SGTP) Inter-American Travel Agents Society (ITAS), American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), a member of MMBDC and National Association of Black Automotive Suppliers (NABAS). We are an expanding company, we recenlty moved our Administrative and Call Center to a new facilities off of Jackson Road. Our new call center has a latest technology and ample space for future growth.
Our client base includes small companies to large international corporations; in addition, we service the United States Department Agriculture and 3 Air Force Bases (Barksdale, Dyess & Goodfellow). Further, we are the exclusive travel agency for Online Booking for the State of Washington, which includes all state agencies and colleges and universities. We provide self-service bookings, fulfillment and traditional ticket handling for the states of Illinois, California, Colorado, Georgia and Michigan; we also provide service to corporate clients in Michigan, Oklahoma, New York and Tennessee.
BTS currently is an approved travel agency for over 100 different Universities and Colleges nationwide. Most notably are the University of Michigan, University of Washington, Washington State University and Chicago State University. We have designed a custom web site to manage their travel programs more cost-effectively
